I hope all your employees, friends and family members are safe.

It is unfortunate situation that people and businesses have gotten into with COVID-19. Whatever happens, the business must go on and our business continuity plan is well under way.

I just wanted to assure you that, whether the lockdown extends or not, we have planned ahead to ensure that none of our support and services are stopped. We are not only taking enough precautions but also have the infrastructure in place for our teams to work from remote locations to continue the support.

We do understand that some of your employees might be working from remote locations too. Please do reach out to your Account Managers or me and we will extend any specific support required as we quickly get through this phase.

Hopefully, this will be a short-term thing and COVID-19 will be a thing in the past soon.
